A great experience. Took the time to diagnose an oxygen sensor problem, not a catalytic converter problem, which saved me money. Have had similar results in a visit before. Mike and the techs are a rarity, a combination of competence and honesty. They aren't there to take your money, they are there to take care of your car. Absolutely recommended!

Had a broken Exhaust manifold bolt on my 1500 Ram Truck - had the leak for nearly a year and grew used to the noise. Finally decided to check in with a family referred mechanic who refused to take on the work and referred me to Exhaust Works on Broadway. Dropped the truck off for 24 hours and they fixed it for me. ...Recently I took in my Porsche for some 4 inch tips and new elbow pipes from the muffler's for some better flow and a nicer appearance.Holy cow! Within one hour it was done... Perfectly! As their website says, they shoot to exceed your expectations and that's exactly what Mike did. My experience was amazing. You can't beat their prices or custom work. Mike did a more than perfect job. Like he said "you dream it, I make it a reality". I WOULD NOT TAKE MY TRUCK ANYWHERE ELSE. The welds and pipe bending were perfection, as well as customer service. I was recommended Exhaust Works by Tim over at Tucks Auto Service. First time here and so far I have been treated with dignity and respect. Within 15 minutes they knew what was wrong. Resonator was cracked and was fixed within 30 minutes. I'll definitely return.
